Gary Parzych, Project Manager and Previous Owner
Gary Parzych is a native of Trumbauersville, Pennsylvania. His career in the construction industry began in high school at his father’s construction company.
Today, Gary is still a member of his late father’s company, he oversees many aspects of Parzych Construction, its operations, including client development. His duties and responsibilities include daily operations and overall management of projects beginning with preconstruction concepts and estimating through construction and project closeout. He regularly visits project sites, working closely with our Project Managers and field staff to expedite and maintain schedules and manage costs. Gary attends progress meetings for projects, as well as maintains close communications with our clients.
Mr. Parzych was the President of Eugene T. Parzych, Inc., a construction company (1980 to 2022), President of Finland Leasing Company, Inc., a real estate holding company (1986 to present), a Partner in G & T Properties, a real estate holding company (1999 to until closure), and President of Gargen and Ordnance Testing LLC, sporting goods dealers (2008 to present).
Mr. Parzych was a Quakertown School Board director from 1987 to 2004. He was also previously a Trustee for the Upper Bucks YMCA and served on the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for QNB Bank. He current holds a position on the Milford Township Water and Sewer Authority.
Mr. Parzych is also involved with the Trumbauersville Lions Club (1986 to Present), serving many roles up to and including President, as well as with several other service and religious organizations.
Mr. Parzych’s business experience and his life-long knowledge of the construction industry, along with his years of service as a director and business owner provide a solid and valuable knowledge base for our customers and their projects.
